management
The management discipline in industrial projects is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling all stages of the project, ensuring that deadlines, costs, scope, quality and safety are met.
Management acts as a link between the client, engineering, suppliers and construction teams, ensuring integration between disciplines, the correct allocation of resources and risk mitigation. As well as guiding technical execution, management also defines communication strategies, monitors performance indicators and ensures compliance with standards, contracts and client requirements. In this way, it transforms engineering into concrete results, delivering predictability, efficiency and added value to the project.
Technik's project management deliverables include the project management plan, detailed executive schedules, physical and financial progress reports, communication and risk management plans. Responsibility matrices (RACI), progress curves, resource histograms, interface reports between disciplines and minutes of follow-up meetings are drawn up. Also included are the performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring dashboards, quality and safety plans applied to the project, as well as the final closing documentation. These deliverables ensure strict control of execution and support decision-making at all stages of the project.
